With the FireFabric Smothering blanket the firewehr is able to extinguish a fire very fast.
Effectively, simple, time-saving, dry, clean and environment-friendly.

FireFabric's large size industrial fire-blankets (6 by 9 meters or 6 by 6 meters) provide the fire-fighter with a tool to completely cover the burning object (car, garbage-container, piece of machinery) and put out the fire. Because the fire-blankets are multi-functional they can be used to put out most burning objects the size of a car or smaller. Our series of fire-blankets come in a variety of density, and as a result weight, from 2 to 24 kilo. The unique qualities of the fire-blanket material ensure that they are extremely flexible and fire-resistant to temperatures up to 1000 degrees Celsius.

Flexible FireFabric fire-blanket

The flexible FireFabric fire-blanket shapes itself around the burning object and cuts of the flow of oxygen to the source of the fire. The fire-blanket can be used many times and can be cleaned easily. In order to start using the fire-blanket, an instruction or a short training suffices. For optimal use of the fire-blanket a number of unique accessories are available to you, like the carry-on bag and the wall-closet.

The FireFabric backbone material consists of a very flexible coated cloth witch is silicone base with mineral additives and reinforced by a woven glass material .
The cloth can be coated single or double sided, with a unique coating. Together this creates a fire resistant cloth which can easily withstand 1000 deg. Celsius. The base material can be easily manufactured by using a specially developed FireFabric yarn. Will you adapt the FireFabric base material?
