THE INERGEN INSTALATION

Berki have chosen as an alternative for the HALON sprinklers and use Inergen as gas.

The composition of Inergen exists from a mixture of nitrogening, argon and carbon dioxide.
t has been developed especially for protection against fire in electric and electronic equipment.

The functioning of Inergen relies on bringing the oxygen level in a space below the 15%.
The patented composition of Inergen protects at the same time the possible people present persons against the lower oxygen level.

Inergen is a inert gas that has got no greenhouse potential (Global Warming Potential value = 0).


It is safe for the environment, and also for the ozone layer (ozone depletion potential value = 0).
