Hose Reels

Fire Reels and Spares are contraptions used in fire fighting. A long collapsible hose is easily stored and handled,but when water flushes through it a sturdy reel is needed to control the hose and the strong water pressure.
Reels used in fire fighting are designed and certified for use in several ways. In fire fighting the kind and use of reels depend on the vehicle and the hose used. Some reels may be mounted on a truck while others are movable and transferable.

Booster Hose Reels- Are fire hoses which are spooled on booster reels. These hoses on reels are used for small fires, this contraption is connected to a booster tank.
Since it is easily connected and disengaged, the booster hose may also be used for High Pressure Fog (HPF)- a suppression technique which puts out and cools flames and smoldering material.
